Are you:

- comfortable working some 2nd shift hours or on-call, as needed for a 24/7 facility? (Schedule is mainly first shift.)
DAILY DUTIES:
- Oversee all operational activities for a large-scale customer-specific warehouse project
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international customer communications, performance reviews, operational updates, and issue resolution
- Lead daily operations involving inventory management, receiving, shipping, repackaging, quality coordination, and fulfillment activities
- Manage project performance, labor planning, budgeting, staffing, and operational efficiency
- Provide leadership and direction to supervisor, team leads, warehouse associates, forklift operators, and support personnel
- Coach, mentor, and develop frontline leadership while building a strong team culture
- Conduct daily operational meetings, customer meetings, performance discussions, and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when needed to ensure inventory accuracy, shipment compliance, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met
- Coordinate with internal departments to address operational challenges, customer requirements, and process changes
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and increased efficiency
- Respond to operational issues and customer needs as required outside of standard business hours for a 24/7 facility
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or related operations
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor, operations supervisor, warehouse manager, project manager, or similar leadership role
- Experience managing teams of 20+ employees in a fast-paced environment
- Budgeting, labor planning, and workforce management experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Project startup, implementation, or large-customer program management experience is a plus
PAY/BENEFITS:
- Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 (exempt)
