Vicki is the leader of our HR Consulting Division and a “people and culture” expert. With a 30-year tenure at FGP, Vicki is an invaluable asset to our team and has been a catalyst for growth across the company. As Executive Vice President, she leads the growth and execution of our Executive & Leadership Coaching, Talent Assessment & Analysis, HR Compliance & Analytics, and Organizational Design programs.
