We’re seeking a detail-oriented analyst to build and configure employer health plans within a legacy AS400 (green-screen) system. This is not a programming role—you’ll work inside the system to set up clients, plans, rates, pay codes, and formulas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build employers, client groups, and health plans in AS400
  • Configure rates, rate components, pay codes, and plan logic
  • Navigate a text-based, green-screen system (function keys, tabbing)
  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry across complex setups

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with AS400 / IBM i / legacy systems
  • Fast, accurate typing and strong attention to detail
  • Quick learner who can handle multiple variables and layers
  • Health benefits or insurance experience preferred

Training provided. Ideal for someone who enjoys complex system setup and older technology.
