A new non-profit in Spartanburg County is looking to hire a Development and Grants Manager to help strengthen their fundraising efforts, cultivate donor relationships, and secure sustainable funding for their organization. The ideal candidate will be a self starter and thrive on a small, mission driven team. This opportunity is direct hire. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Implement fundraising strategies
  • Manage donor communications and stewardship
  • Support small fundraising events and campaigns 
  • Research and identify grant opportunities
  • Write proposals and reports
  • Represent the organization by attending community events 
  • Cultivate individual, business, and foundation donors
Qualifications: 
  • 2-4 years of non profit development, fundraising or grant writing
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with donor databases
  • Bachelors degree is preferred
Benefits & Compensation: 
  • $50,000 – $75,000
  • PTO offered
