OVERVIEW
We are seeking a paralegal with both personal injury AND heavy litigation experience to work fully on-site with a law firm in Greenville, Monday-Friday 8:30-5. This person must have heavy litigation experience–not just pre-litigation–as well as personal injury experience (either plaintiff or defense).

DETAILS
  • Create & manage files for new and existing clients 
  • Communicate with clients daily to provide case updates and schedule meetings
  • Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery requests & responses, medical summaries & chronologies, and more
  • Conduct e-filing (state & federal)
  • Coordinate and schedule depositions and prepare deposition notices and exhibits
  • Coordinate calendaring and scheduling for attorney and clients
  • Prepare materials for trial
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance legal research & draft documents  
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal (not pre-litigation)
  • Personal injury experience also required, even if not tied directly to litigation
  • Highly organized; doesn’t let things fall through the cracks
  • Ability to manage a large case load
  • Mindful of deadlines and adheres closely to schedules 
  • Strong technology skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

PAY/BENEFITS
  • $75k-$90k/year DOE
