We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for a growing organization in Simpsonville, SC. This onsite role will focus on recruiting talent across both administrative and operational teams, including plant floor associates, customer service representatives, and accounting support staff. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys full-cycle recruiting.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including manufacturing, customer service, and administrative positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Post job openings on job boards and internal systems, ensuring postings are accurate and engaging
  • Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, and other recruiting tools
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
  • Support hiring events or high-volume hiring initiatives as needed
 
Qualifications: 
  • 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or light industrial environments
  • Experience recruiting for a mix of roles such as manufacturing, administrative, or customer-facing positions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and work in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
