Business Operations Manager (Franchise Support)
Spartanburg, SC (Onsite)

We’re partnering with a growing company expanding across multiple U.S. markets through a franchise model. While still early in its development, the business is built on a proven concept and has already established a presence across several regions.

As the company continues to scale, they are adding a Business Operations Manager to support franchise growth, with a strong emphasis on financial coordination and administrative structure.

This role will work directly with new franchise partners as they enter the system, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring their businesses are set up correctly from a financial and operational standpoint. You will serve as a central point of coordination between franchisees and key partners in areas such as accounting, insurance, and HR, helping ensure that financial processes, reporting expectations, and foundational business systems are in place early.

You will review and help interpret P&Ls, support franchisees in understanding their numbers, and coordinate closely with external accounting partners. While you are not responsible for performing accounting work directly, a strong comfort level with financial statements and business performance metrics is important.

The day-to-day work is hands-on and detail-oriented. Success in this role comes from staying organized, following through, and ensuring that financial and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time. You will be managing multiple moving parts, so staying structured and communicating clearly is key.

This role is best suited for someone with a foundation in accounting, finance, or business operations who is looking to apply that background in a broader, more operational context. Candidates who have worked in small to mid-sized businesses, supported multiple locations, or partnered closely with accounting functions tend to do well in this type of environment.

The company operates with a small, collaborative team, and there is an expectation of ownership and independence. At the same time, leadership is engaged and accessible, and the environment is professional, practical, and focused on execution.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with the financial side of a business, while also playing a hands-on role in helping a growing organization build consistency and scale.
