Overview

Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to support their operation and act as the primary IT resource for their U.S. location. This role will provide a mix of end-user support, systems administration, and basic networking troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded IT Generalist who enjoys wearing many hats and taking ownership of IT Support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for approximately 150+ employees
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 (user accounts, licensing, troubleshooting)
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Support and maintain Windows Server environments
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including: PCs, printers, Zebra printers, scanners, and shop floor devices
  • Perform basic networking troubleshooting (connectivity, switches, firewalls)
  • Work through IT support tickets and assist with ongoing IT projects
  • Support specialized systems such as access control and biometric systems
  • Assist with Excel-related user needs and other general IT requests

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server
  • Strong Microsoft 365 support experience
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL or VB.NET
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Confluence or similar)
  • Exposure to AS400 systems
  • Ability to read and understand scripts
Additional Details
  • $30/hr 
  • 100% onsite in Williamson, SC with remote flexibility as needed
  • Full-time, with occasional after-hours support as needed
