We’re hiring a Demand Planning & Inventory Analyst to support a growing consumer products business with a broad, multi-SKU portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain. Sales owns the demand forecast — you validate it using historical data, trends, and seasonality, then help translate that demand into sound purchasing and inventory decisions.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Validating Sales forecasts using data and appropriate forecasting methods
  • Supporting purchasing decisions with clear assumptions and documentation
  • Leading the monthly PSI (Planning / Sales / Inventory) process
  • Owning inventory health after purchase — monitoring stock levels, identifying risks, and driving corrective actions (stockouts, excess, expediting, etc.)
  • Partnering closely with Sales and Ops to keep inventory aligned with demand
  • Pulling and analyzing data from ERP systems and maintaining planning files

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory analysis, or supply chain analytics
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
  • Solid understanding of forecasting fundamentals and how to apply them in a business context
  • Someone who can challenge assumptions thoughtfully and communicate tradeoffs clearly
  • Consumer products or multi-SKU experience is a plus

Why this role is appealing:

  • You influence real purchasing decisions, not just reports
  • You own the inventory outcome, not just the forecast
  • High visibility and strong cross-functional exposure in a growing organization
Benefits & Compensation:
  • $80-$90k, depending on experience
