Overview

A growing, team-oriented company in the industrial space is seeking a Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist that also will help with Accounts Receivables. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, administrative work, and financial support in a collaborative environment. 

This is an on-site, permanent position in Piedmont, SC. 

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage customer orders in an ERP system
  • Review orders for accuracy (pricing, products, shipping details)
  • Communicate with customers on order status, updates, and issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, shipping)
  • Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and credits
  • Track open orders to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Process invoices, post payments, and monitor outstanding balances
  • Follow up on past-due accounts and assist with basic reporting

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of customer service, admin, or AR experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Solid communication and customer-facing skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and general computer systems
  • ERP/accounting system experience a plus
  • Associate’s degree preferred, not required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $55,000–$60,000 salary
  • Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility on start/end times
