Overview
A growing, team-oriented company in the industrial space is seeking a Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist that also will help with Accounts Receivables. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, administrative work, and financial support in a collaborative environment.This is an on-site, permanent position in Piedmont, SC.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage customer orders in an ERP system
- Review orders for accuracy (pricing, products, shipping details)
- Communicate with customers on order status, updates, and issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, shipping)
- Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and credits
- Track open orders to ensure timely fulfillment
- Process invoices, post payments, and monitor outstanding balances
- Follow up on past-due accounts and assist with basic reporting
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of customer service, admin, or AR experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Solid communication and customer-facing skills
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer systems
- ERP/accounting system experience a plus
- Associate’s degree preferred, not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000–$60,000 salary
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility on start/end times
