An established and growing organization in the automotive and equipment services industry is seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist to join its Florence, SC office. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and route a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Scan and organize documents such as purchase orders and receipts
- Maintain a clean, organized front office and reception area
- Support basic administrative and clerical functions as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling multi-line phone systems and high call volume
- Basic computer skills (email, scanning, document management)
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional, upbeat, and personable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $16/hour
- Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
