Overview
An established and growing organization in the automotive and equipment services industry is seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist to join its Florence, SC office. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable company known for its strong reputation and long employee tenure. Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and route a high volume of incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Scan and organize documents such as purchase orders and receipts
  • Maintain a clean, organized front office and reception area
  • Support basic administrative and clerical functions as needed
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts
  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
 
Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable handling multi-line phone systems and high call volume
  • Basic computer skills (email, scanning, document management)
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, upbeat, and personable demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
 
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: $16/hour
  • Schedule:
    • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
