A residential homebuilder in Kalispell, MT is seeking a driven New Homes Sales Associate to support and execute its sales strategy while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to online and inbound inquiries within 24 hours and convert leads into qualified prospects
  • Guide prospective buyers through the home purchasing journey, including tours, product education, and contract execution
  • Host and staff model homes several days per week, including occasional weekends
  • Build relationships with customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate housing solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and opportunities within a CRM system
  • Coordinate with real estate agents to facilitate showings and provide information on available homes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and lead nurturing strategies
  • Follow up consistently with prospective buyers according to established timelines
  • Support community engagement efforts, including events, home shows, and local networking opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, including traffic metrics and performance insights
 
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or hospitality-driven environments
  • Real estate, home building, or residential construction experience required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain organized records in a CRM system
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary + commission totaling $100-120K in first year earnings
