Our client in Pickens, SC is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is a blend of customer-facing responsibilities and administrative support, with time split between assisting clients at the front desk and managing application processing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients both in person and over the phone in a professional and welcoming manner
- Provide support to clients by answering questions regarding their applications
- Review applications for accuracy and completeness, offering guidance when needed
- Scan and upload completed applications into the system
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow between front desk and administrative duties

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort with scanning/document management systems
Pay:
- $12/hour
