Our client in Pickens, SC is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is a blend of customer-facing responsibilities and administrative support, with time split between assisting clients at the front desk and managing application processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients both in person and over the phone in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Provide support to clients by answering questions regarding their applications
  • Review applications for accuracy and completeness, offering guidance when needed
  • Scan and upload completed applications into the system
  • Maintain organized and efficient workflow between front desk and administrative duties

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with scanning/document management systems
Pay: 
  • $12/hour
