A well-established client in Columbia, SC is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This position is full-time with the potential to convert to a permanent employee based on performance. This position primarily consists of answering phone calls and emails and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming mail
  • Generate monthly reports required to complete annual recertifications, and upload the reports to system for each client’s file
  • Pull reports and work with the appropriate team members to clear deficiencies
  • Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain and update the company website
  • Process security deposits
  • Assist with waiting list management, including biannual clean-up
  • Serve as the primary point of contact
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly pay between $20-$22
  • Potential to convert to permanent employee based on performance
  • M-F, 8:30am – 5pm
