A well-established client in Columbia, SC is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This position is full-time with the potential to convert to a permanent employee based on performance. This position primarily consists of answering phone calls and emails and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming mail
- Generate monthly reports required to complete annual recertifications, and upload the reports to system for each client’s file
- Pull reports and work with the appropriate team members to clear deficiencies
- Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate team members
- Maintain and update the company website
- Process security deposits
- Assist with waiting list management, including biannual clean-up
- Serve as the primary point of contact
- Hourly pay between $20-$22
- Potential to convert to permanent employee based on performance
- M-F, 8:30am – 5pm
