A healthcare practice is seeking an experienced Dental Faculty Practice Clinic Manager to oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations of a specialty dental clinic. This leadership role combines staff supervision, clinic operations management, patient scheduling oversight, inventory control, and direct clinical support, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care while leading a high-performing team. This is a direct hire and fully onsite role.

Responsibilities: 
  • Lead and supervise clinical support staff, ensuring efficient workflows, appropriate staffing coverage, and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage provider, patient, and on-call scheduling while coordinating clinic resources and supporting day-to-day operations.
  • Provide direct clinical support through dental assisting or dental hygiene services, including documentation, imaging, and adherence to infection control standards.
  • Oversee inventory, equipment, laboratory case management, and procurement activities to maintain operational readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Support departmental financial and administrative functions, including budget management, supply purchasing, and operational goal achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies while managing staff onboarding, training, performance, timekeeping, and leave administration.
Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of experience in dental clinic operations, dental assisting, dental hygiene, or a related healthcare setting, including prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, patient care workflows, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, OSHA, and related compliance standards).
  • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems, dental imaging technology, scheduling platforms, and practice management software.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage staffing and schedules, oversee inventory and purchasing, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate degree or higher in Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
