This position offers a strong blend of inbound lead management, relationship-based selling, land evaluation, and contract negotiation. An uncapped commission structure is offered to incentivize and reward success.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to warm inbound seller inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and outreach initiatives
- Build relationships with landowners to understand motivations, timelines, and property disposition goals
- Conduct discovery conversations and evaluate acquisition opportunities from initial contact through contract execution
- Perform preliminary underwriting and due diligence, including evaluating utilities, water and sewer access, topography, flood zones, and overall site viability
- Analyze opportunities against acquisition criteria and collaborate with leadership on pricing and offer strategy
- Negotiate purchase agreements and secure signed contracts
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, follow-up schedules, and lead records within company CRM systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, wholesalers, and other referral partners to generate acquisition opportunities
- Manage follow-up activities across inbound leads, prospecting campaigns, and partner-generated opportunities
- Support occasional in-person meetings with sellers, agents, and business partners when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong phone communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections, maintain persistence, and manage longer sales cycles
- Highly coachable with a willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Comfortable learning basic property underwriting and due diligence processes
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $40,000 with expected commission earnings accumulating to $75,000 – $90,000 OTE
