We are seeking a professional Customer Service Specialist to join a growing team in Monroe, Louisiana. This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys balancing customer support, administrative coordination, inventory management, and billing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries appropriately
  • Coordinate daily customer service and operational activities for the local office
  • Receive, process, and track incoming shipments, inventory, and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic inventory counts
  • Create and manage repair and service orders, including coordinating shipments to external repair providers when needed
  • Process completed repair orders and ensure equipment is returned to customers in a timely manner
  • Generate invoices for sales and service transactions and upload documentation to customer portals as required
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable and collection records
  • Prepare and route weekly payment deposits and related documentation
  • Provide scheduling and dispatch support for field technicians and installers
  • Perform basic equipment checks and troubleshooting activities after receiving training
  • Collaborate with regional operations teams while independently managing daily office responsibilities
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, office coordination, billing, inventory management, or a related role
  • Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Background working with invoices, purchase orders, inventory tracking, or accounts receivable is preferred
Hours:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM  
  • Temp-to-Perm
  • 100% Onsite
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $14.00-$17.00 per hour
