We are hiring a Restoration Construction Project Manager to run active mitigation and reconstruction projects from handoff through close-out. This role focuses on job execution, subcontractor management, quality control, scheduling, and margin protection.

Projects are assigned after estimating. This is not a sales role. The right candidate knows how to manage jobs independently, control subcontractors, and keep insurance-driven projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage mitigation and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
  • Control schedules, sequencing, and daily job progress.
  • Select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors across all trades.
  • Ensure work meets scope, code, and carrier/program standards.
  • Perform inspections and address deficiencies promptly.
  • Communicate progress with adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams.
  • Maintain complete, audit-ready job documentation.
  • Protect gross margin through strong field execution.

Tools

  • Job management platforms (DASH or similar).
  • Docusketch or similar scanning tools.
  • CompanyCam or similar photo documentation tools.
  • Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
  • Xactimate for scope reference (not an estimating role).

Qualifications

  • Project management experience in construction, restoration, or insurance work.
  • Strong subcontractor and field management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Solid understanding of scheduling, quality, and cost control.
  • Clear, professional communicator.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance claims or program experience.
  • Restoration or general contracting background.
  • IICRC and/or RIA certifications.

  • $65,000–$90,000, depending on experience
