Responsibilities:
- Support financial advisors with financial planning analysis, strategy implementation, and preparation for client meetings
- Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive financial plans, retirement projections, and investment-related analyses
- Coordinate client onboarding activities, account setup, and ongoing service requests
- Prepare, process, and monitor account documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
- Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries and provide responsive, high-quality service
- Track action items, follow through on client and advisor requests, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Maintain accurate client records, data integrity, and documentation across internal systems and platforms
- Help optimize workflows and leverage technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and client service processes
- Collaborate with advisors and team members on operational initiatives, process improvements, and special projects
- Adhere to industry regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, financial services, or a related field
- Professional certifications or licenses such as CFP®, CFA®, CPA, SIE®, Series 7, Series 66, or progress toward obtaining a relevant credential
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong Excel Skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with business technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and digital tools
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- 100% Onsite
- $50,000 – $70,000
