We are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized Verification Generalists to join our team. In this role, you will review, research, verify, and update account information to ensure accuracy and completeness. This position requires working through a high volume of accounts while maintaining strict quality and productivity standards. The ideal candidate enjoys process-driven work, is comfortable performing repetitive tasks, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing accurate results.
Key Responsibilities

Review and verify account information for accuracy and completeness.

Research public records, court websites, and other sources to obtain and validate documentation.

Review balances, judgments, and related account information.

Contact external parties via phone and email to obtain required records and documentation.

Enter, update, and maintain accurate information within internal systems.

Review and audit accounts completed by team members for accuracy and compliance.

Identify discrepancies and make corrections as needed.

Maintain clear, concise, and accurate account notes.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to track and validate information.
-
Follow established processes and procedures consistently.

Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree preferred.
