  • Corporate Financial Analyst

    We are seeking a Corporate Financial Analyst to join a growing team in Columbia, SC. This is a full time, permanent/direct hire position with full benefits.

    Job Description: 

    Analyze and evaluate corporate finance initiatives including  mergers and acquisitions, investment opportunities, and other  strategic projects identified by executive leadership
    Perform detailed financial, cost, and statistical analyses to assess  business performance and support decision-making
    Interpret financial data to evaluate historical results and forecast  future outcomes
    Prepare and review financial statements and develop financial  models, particularly for business units without dedicated accounting support
    Conduct research on potential acquisition targets and provide  valuation assessments
    Complete special assignments such as financial statement reviews, impairment testing, audit support, vendor evaluations, forecasting,  general ledger reconciliations, and creation of ad hoc and  customized reports

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s  degree preferred in a relevant discipline
    CPA (Preferred) 
    Minimum of 7 years of financial analysis experience
    Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles  (GAAP)
    Advanced analytical and financial modeling expertise, with a solid  understanding of corporate finance concepts such as discounted  cash flow (DCF) analysis and valuation techniques

    Hours: 

    Monday – Friday (8am to 5pm)
    100% ONSITE 

    Compensation & Benefits: 

    $85,000 – $90,000
