A growing, team-oriented organization in the industrial/engineering services space is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a focus on payroll and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll (timecards, approvals, coding, reporting, reconciliations)
Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, audits, and leave processes
Lead new hire onboarding, pre-employment screenings, and orientations
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR systems
Act as a primary HR contact for employee questions and support
Assist with recruiting, employee relations, and compliance efforts
Partner with internal teams and external HR support on key initiatives
Qualifications:
2+ years of payroll experience (required)
Paylocity experience required
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus
Compensation:
$70k-$75k
