We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager for an established company in Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent position.   
     
Responsibilities:     
  • Monitor financial performance vs. budget, analyze variances, and execute strategies with on-site teams to close NOI gaps while ensuring adherence to approved budgets 
  • Continuously track key metrics (occupancy, rent, delinquency, expenses) and hold properties accountable to financial plans 
  • Optimize pricing, renewals, concessions, and leasing performance based on market conditions and conversion trends 
  • Approve and track capex projects, conduct inspections, and address deferred maintenance to preserve and enhance asset value 
  • Deliver weekly and quarterly performance reports with insights, variance explanations, and forward-looking analysis 
  • Support acquisitions and due diligence, and manage vendor contracts, renewals, and portfolio records 

Qualifications:     
  • Relevant experience in real estate private equity, multifamily asset management, or comparable fields (3+ years) 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field strongly preferred    
  • Proven ability to evaluate property-level financial reports and pinpoint key performance drivers 
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Excel; Previous knowledge with property management software preferred  
  • Experience collaborating with and/or overseeing third-party property management firms 
  • Working knowledge of market comparative analysis, revenue optimization tools, and multifamily lease-up processes 
     
Hours:     
  • Monday to Friday (standard business hours)    
  • Onsite schedule
