Our client is looking to add a Data Entry Operator to their team to support daily operations by providing administrative assistance, managing communications, and delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office management and administrative support
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, faxes, and correspondence, responding within two business days
  • Monitor voicemail and ensure timely follow-up
  • Process and maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper system entry
  • Route incoming documents and communications to appropriate staff
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries and provide timely, professional responses
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with staff, partners, and the public
  • Coordinate and respond to external information requests
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity
  • Support team members and leadership with assigned tasks and additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office administration or office management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (7.5 hours daily)

Pay Rate: $15/hour
