A commercial real estate company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for their Greenville office. This team member will work closely with the brokerage team to create high-quality promotional materials and execute property marketing strategies. Important skills include graphic design, digital marketing, and interest or experience in drone photography.
 
This direct hire position is onsite in a beautiful office with a panoramic view of Downtown Greenville. One remote day per week.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Support real estate brokers with marketing strategy and execution
  • Learn and utilize new drone technology for property photos and videos
  • Design content for social and marketing collateral
  • Write press releases, social media posts, and other editorial content
  • Update property listings on the website
  • Strengthen brand identity and consistency
  • Create email marketing campaigns
  • Participate in industry events
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Creative portfolio demonstrating Adobe InDesign skills
  • Interest in learning drone photography
  • A/E/C industry experience, a plus!
 
Benefits & Compensation:
  • $45,000 – $55,000, based on experience
  • Quarterly bonus potential
