Schedule: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM/4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and personnel record management.
- Assist with benefits administration, timekeeping, attendance tracking, and HR reporting.
- Support recruiting efforts and hiring activities.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate safety meetings, training, and compliance programs.
- Maintain safety records, PPE documentation, and training files.
- Assist with safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and workers’ compensation administration.
- Support workplace safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous HR, administrative, safety, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll/timekeeping systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM/4:00 PM.
Benefits & Compensation:
- $45,000-$54,000, based on experience
