Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Operations
- Serve as a central point of contact for routine HR communications and inquiries from employees and managers across 13 branch locations.
- Support the HR Director by monitoring, routing, tracking, and responding to HR-related emails and requests.
- Manage departmental calendars, schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related events.
- Assist with maintaining HR files, records, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Support day-to-day HR office operations and administrative functions.
- Coordinate candidate scheduling and interview logistics.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screening activities.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, orientation coordination, and new employee follow-up.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure a positive candidate and onboarding experience.
- Help develop and standardize interview questions, evaluations, and interview rubrics across all branch locations.
- Enter, update, and maintain employee information within the HRIS system (currently UKG).
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data and records.
- Assist with HRIS reporting and data audits as needed.
- Support the organization’s HRIS transition and implementation efforts as applicable.
- Track and maintain required employment documentation.
- Assist with HR compliance initiatives, reporting requirements, and policy administration.
- Manage P-card receipt tracking and related administrative documentation.
- Provide timely, professional support to employees regarding HR processes and procedures.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of Human Resources, recruiting coordination, office administration, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- 3-5 years of progressive HR support experience.
- Experience using HRIS platforms, preferably UKG or similar systems.
- Knowledge of employment practices, onboarding procedures, and HR administration.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000-$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
