Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders regarding HR, payroll, and policy matters
- Support employee relations including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities including job postings, candidate coordination, and new hire orientation
- Process employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity and compliance
- Review, audit, and validate timekeeping data prior to payroll processing
- Manage payroll updates such as pay changes, tax elections, and direct deposit
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR processes
- Prepare and analyze HR and payroll reports including headcount, turnover, and attendance
- Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee communications
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies including EEO and AAP requirements
- Assist with performance management processes, personnel file maintenance, and HR process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required
- 2+ years of HR experience required
- Payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Strong initiative, communication skills, and adaptability
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 – $70,000
