IT Support Tech

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, optimize, and deploy terminal workstations along with peripheral hardware such as printers, switches, and related equipment.

  • Monitor and respond to daily helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolutions and exceptional customer service.

  • Install and maintain hardware and software—including testing for performance and compatibility—while managing accurate inventory both onsite and remotely.

  • Troubleshoot and support laptops, desktops, the company’s phone system, and basic network issues including VPN connectivity.

  • Manage user accounts and resolve access issues within the company’s core system, Relius.

  • Provide onboarding training for new employees on company systems, phones, printers, and other essential technology, as well as deliver simple tutorials and how-to demonstrations as needed.

  • Review daily logs, reports, and complete recurring checklist tasks, along with additional IT-support duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirement: 2 years of customer service experience.
