IT Support Tech
Key Responsibilities

Configure, optimize, and deploy terminal workstations along with peripheral hardware such as printers, switches, and related equipment.

Monitor and respond to daily helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolutions and exceptional customer service.

Install and maintain hardware and software—including testing for performance and compatibility—while managing accurate inventory both onsite and remotely.

Troubleshoot and support laptops, desktops, the company’s phone system, and basic network issues including VPN connectivity.

Manage user accounts and resolve access issues within the company’s core system, Relius.

Provide onboarding training for new employees on company systems, phones, printers, and other essential technology, as well as deliver simple tutorials and how-to demonstrations as needed.

Review daily logs, reports, and complete recurring checklist tasks, along with additional IT-support duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirement: 2 years of customer service experience.
