A well respected clients of ours in Greenville, SC is looking to hire a Litigation Attorney to join their practice. This role offers hands on responsibility, meaningful courtroom experience, and the opportunity to manage your own caseload while collaborating with seasoned litigator is a supportive environment. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage all phases of litigation from initial evaluation through resolution or trial
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs in state and federal courts
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
  • Represent clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
  • Investigate claims, assess liability and damages, and develop litigation strategy
  • Communicate regularly with clients and insurance carriers, providing guidance and updates
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience (insurance defense experience a plus)
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Benefits & Compensation: 
  • $80,000-$135,000
  • Health Insurance, PTO, 401k
