About the Role:

Are you familiar with the loan application or servicing process from a customer service or branch-level perspective? Have you entered customer data into a loan origination system or supported customers applying for personal or small-dollar loans?

We are seeking a Loan Operations Support Associate to assist with validating software features used in small loan servicing. You’ll play a key role in reviewing how loan software supports real-world lending workflows — no formal testing experience is required, and training will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on loan servicing or application experience looking to expand into back-office support or systems-related work.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and test internal loan software features (training provided)
  • Provide feedback on how well software processes reflect day-to-day loan workflows (applications, servicing, payments, approvals)
  • Identify and report issues, inconsistencies, or gaps in system behavior
  • Collaborate with loan operations teams to confirm the system aligns with actual lending practices
  • Help document findings and recommend areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience using loan origination or servicing systems (entering customer/applicant data, managing payments, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the full loan lifecycle: application, approval, disbursement, repayment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize issues in business processes
  • Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Who This Role is For:

  • Loan Processor, Loan Officer Assistant, or Lending Support
  • Customer Service Representative at a small-dollar lending company
  • Title loan, installment loan, or payday loan associate
  • Bank or credit union employee with loan input experience
