Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Office Manager/Receptionist to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties.
  • Prepare, review, and proofread documents for accuracy.
  • Maintain customer records and office files.
  • Assist with invoicing, bookkeeping, and administrative support tasks.
  • Support management with various office and administrative projects.
  • Maintain an organized and professional front office environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointments, inquiries, and service needs.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, secretary, or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

  • QuickBooks experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Experience in a customer-facing office environment.
  • Experience in construction, roofing, or home services industries.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8-5pm 

Compensation: 

  • $18/hr
