Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in a fast-paced environment. This newly created part-time role (20–25 hours per week) will focus on managing calendars, preparing for meetings, coordinating logistics, tracking follow-up items, and providing administrative support so leadership can remain focused on strategic initiatives and external relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics.

Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting documentation.

Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up tasks.

Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Assist with event planning, visitor coordination, and project support.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Maintain organized records and administrative processes.

Support special projects and other operational needs as assigned.
Qualifications:

Prior experience supporting an executive or senior leader preferred.

Strong organizational, time management, and calendar management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Benefits & Compensation:
