A growing textile manufacturing company in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team. This role offers a strong blend of administrative support, data entry, and customer service responsibilities. Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative duties related to the sales process
  • Manage all details related to textile sample requests and purchase orders
  • Act as a primary liaison between customers, buyers, and internal teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing, system updates, and documentation
  • Maintain clear, consistent internal and external communication to support customer satisfaction
 
Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, sales support, order management, supply chain, or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
Benefits & Compensation:
  • $42,000 – $45,000
