Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties related to the sales process
- Manage all details related to textile sample requests and purchase orders
- Act as a primary liaison between customers, buyers, and internal teams
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, system updates, and documentation
- Maintain clear, consistent internal and external communication to support customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, sales support, order management, supply chain, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
