Key Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a safety-focused, customer-oriented work environment
- Coordinate daily warehouse workflow, including picking, packing, and inbound/outbound shipments
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
- Lead and support warehouse associates through training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Partner with inventory and customer service teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment
- Assist leadership with accountability and consistent application of company policies
- Monitor, track, and report department performance metrics
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Perform administrative and operational tasks as needed (e.g., order fill, documentation)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Inventory control and cycle counting experience preferred
- Familiarity with 6S or lean warehouse principles preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified
