A growing home design showroom in Anderson, SC is seeking a Showroom Consultant to support customers in selecting materials for residential and commercial projects. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys design, sales, and working closely with homeowners and industry professionals in a collaborative, small-team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers (homeowners, designers, contractors, builders) with product selection and design decisions
  • Provide a personalized, consultative sales experience for projects of varying size and scope
  • Manage orders, updates, and selections within internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track order timelines and deliveries
  • Support showroom operations, including handling calls and walk-in traffic
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
  • Assemble samples and assist with merchandising
  • Build strong relationships with repeat and referral customers
Qualifications:
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a customer-facing and design-related role (flooring, interiors, kitchen & bath, or similar preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude with a proactive, reliable work ethic
  • Industry experience with measurements or product specifications is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $25–$30/hour
  • Yearly discretionary bonus
  • Medical insurance, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays
Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no weekends
