We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service / Dispatch Coordinator to support an industrial services team at our client in Greenville. This role is critical to ensuring positive customer experiences through clear communication, accurate scheduling, and efficient coordination between customers and field technicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide professional, and friendly customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Schedule and dispatch service and maintenance calls, coordinating closely with technicians.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer information and service details in the system and log in QuickBooks as needed.
  • Monitor schedules and proactively communicate updates or changes to customers and technicians.
  • Calmly de-escalate customer concerns and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center support, dispatching, or a similar role is needed  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, solution-oriented approach
  • Comfortable using computer systems; experience with a CRM and/or QuickBooks is a plus (training available)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
Pay:
  • $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience
