RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional, and friendly customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Schedule and dispatch service and maintenance calls, coordinating closely with technicians.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information and service details in the system and log in QuickBooks as needed.
- Monitor schedules and proactively communicate updates or changes to customers and technicians.
- Calmly de-escalate customer concerns and resolve issues.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center support, dispatching, or a similar role is needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable using computer systems; experience with a CRM and/or QuickBooks is a plus (training available)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience
