Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including manufacturing, customer service, and administrative positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Post job openings on job boards and internal systems, ensuring postings are accurate and engaging
- Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, and other recruiting tools
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
- Support hiring events or high-volume hiring initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or light industrial environments
- Experience recruiting for a mix of roles such as manufacturing, administrative, or customer-facing positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and work in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
