A growing, team-oriented organization in the industrial/engineering services space is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a focus on payroll and benefits administration. This company is known for its collaborative, family-oriented culture and strong commitment to employee support and operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll (timecards, approvals, coding, reporting,  reconciliations)
  • Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, audits, and leave processes
  • Lead new hire onboarding, pre-employment screenings, and orientations
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR systems
  • Act as a primary HR contact for employee questions and support
  • Assist with recruiting, employee relations, and compliance efforts
  • Partner with internal teams and external HR support on key initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of payroll experience (required)
  • Paylocity experience required
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus

Compensation:

  • $70k-$75k 
  • Full benefits package offered
