A growing, team-oriented organization in the industrial/engineering services space is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a focus on payroll and benefits administration. This company is known for its collaborative, family-oriented culture and strong commitment to employee support and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll (timecards, approvals, coding, reporting, reconciliations)
- Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, audits, and leave processes
- Lead new hire onboarding, pre-employment screenings, and orientations
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR systems
- Act as a primary HR contact for employee questions and support
- Assist with recruiting, employee relations, and compliance efforts
- Partner with internal teams and external HR support on key initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of payroll experience (required)
- Paylocity experience required
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus
Compensation:
- $70k-$75k
