This position serves as a key administrative and operational resource, helping ensure compliance, inventory accuracy, logistics coordination, and overall office efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize operational documentation, records, certifications, and compliance-related files.
- Support audit preparation and ensure documentation remains accurate, current, and readily accessible.
- Assist with ERP system administration, inventory tracking, and data management.
- Maintain inventory records, bills of materials, product data, and production-related reporting.
- Monitor raw material levels, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods inventory.
- Generate operational, inventory, and production reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, freight scheduling, and carrier communications.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and related logistics paperwork.
- Support purchasing activities, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory of operational materials.
- Assist with production planning, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for daily office and facility operations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing administration, operations coordination, inventory control, office management, logistics, or a related function.
- Experience working with ERP, inventory management, or production management systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including inventory control, purchase orders, work orders, raw materials management, and shipping operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Anderson, SC.
- No travel anticipated.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000-65,000 depending on experience
- Health insurance stipend provided
