Our client is looking to add a Recruiting & Employee Engagement Associate to their team. This position plays a key role in attracting top talent, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This position combines full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, onboarding, internship program coordination, and culture-focused employee programs.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding across multiple departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver a positive hiring experience.
  • Source and build talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding activities.
  • Lead internship recruiting, onboarding, and summer program initiatives.
  • Support employer branding, campus recruiting, and diversity-focused recruiting efforts.
  • Deliver new hire orientation and support employee onboarding programs.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, recognition programs, and company events.
  • Maintain recruiting data, job postings, and compliance with employment regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or a related HR function.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment and proactive sourcing efforts.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and recruiting technologies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, EEO compliance, and pay transparency requirements.

Benefits & Compensation: 

  • $70,000-$90,000, based on experience 
  • Health benefits package offered
