Our client is looking for an ambitious entry-level Outside Sales Representative to join their team and oversee their Spartanburg territory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in sales and have hands-on mentorship, and professional development. You’ll learn consultative selling from experienced leaders who are passionate about developing future sales professionals and helping them succeed. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through phone, email, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct client meetings to understand needs and recommend solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing business
  • Develop long-term partnerships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Recent graduate or 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits: 
  • $40k base + Commission  (1st yr OTE $55k-$60k, 2nd yr OTE $75k -$80k, 3rd yr OTE 115k)
