A leading mechanical systems distributor is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory in the Greenville market. This is a hybrid opportunity offering an existing book of business, strong earning potential, and the flexibility to work both remotely and from the local branch office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with HVAC contractors, dealers, and commercial customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend HVAC products and solutions.
  • Conduct regular in-person client visits throughout the territory.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Mechanical systems experience required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $70,000 – $85,000
  • 90-day guaranteed draw available during onboarding and training.
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • Hybrid work environment with expected office presence 1-2 days per week.
