Find Great People Acquires Generational Performance Solutions to Expand Leadership and Workforce Advisory Capabilities

Find Great People (FGP), a leading recruitment and consulting firm headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, today announced the acquisition of Generational Performance Solutions (GPS), a consulting firm specializing in generational workforce strategy, intergenerational communication, leadership development, and emerging workforce engagement.
Founded in 2019 by Kamber Parker Bowden, GPS has helped organizations across the Southeast and Nationally to better understand, engage, and develop a multigenerational workforce through consulting, coaching, certifications, workshops, and workforce development programs.
The acquisition represents the latest investment in FGP’s rapidly growing consulting and organizational advisory division and reflects increasing client demand for solutions that extend beyond traditional recruitment and retention.
“Organizations today are navigating one of the most significant workforce transitions in modern history,” said John Uprichard, CEO of FGP. “Many companies are experiencing the convergence of retiring leadership, evolving workforce expectations, and the rapid adoption of AI and emerging technologies. The ability to successfully transfer knowledge, develop future leaders, and create alignment across generations has become a critical business priority. Adding Kamber and the GPS brand to our consulting team strengthens our ability to help clients address these workforce challenges.”
For GPS founder and Executive Consultant Kamber Parker Bowden, the acquisition creates an opportunity to expand the impact of her work while leveraging FGP’s established platform, brand, and client relationships.
“Since launching GPS, our mission has been to help organizations better understand and maximize the strengths of every generation in the workplace,” said Bowden. “Joining FGP allows us to amplify that mission in meaningful ways. FGP has long been trusted for its ability to help organizations find and develop exceptional talent, and we share a common vision: helping organizations build great companies where people, leadership, and culture become a competitive advantage.”
The acquisition further strengthens FGP’s position as a comprehensive recruitment and organizational advisory partner, delivering solutions across the full talent lifecycle, including executive search, direct hire, temporary staffing, leadership development and coaching, fractional HR, organizational design, and workforce strategy.
“We’re excited to welcome Kamber to FGP Consulting as we continue to build on the division’s sustained growth. Her expertise in multigenerational workforce strategy enhances our advisory capabilities and allows us to meet a growing client demand for training and development in this area,” said Vicki Peek, Executive Vice President and Consulting Practice Leader.
As workforces continue to evolve, FGP and GPS are uniquely positioned to help organizations harness the power of multigenerational talent, navigate change, and accelerate sustainable growth.
