International Women’s Day: Growth. Gratitude. Great Women.

This weekend marked International Women’s Day, so today we are taking a moment to celebrate the remarkable women who help shape the heart and success of Find Great People, internally and across the workplaces we support. At FGP, our mission is grounded in people first, and our culture is defined by growth, gratitude, and greatness.
The women on our team are integral to who we are as colleagues, leaders, mentors, and champions of growth. The women we serve, from candidates advancing in their professional journeys to leaders at client organizations, inspire us daily with resilience, innovation, and leadership.
Today, 75% of our workforce is female, and women make up 80% of our managers and 43% of our Executive Leadership team. We work hard to provide a workspace where women are encouraged and equipped to grow both personally and professionally. This is showcased through support for leadership development, organizational and industry-specific training, and the gift of flexibility to be successful at both home and work. Through coaching for over 50 female leaders at other companies, mentorship, and opportunities for leadership, we aim to elevate women into roles where they can lead and influence.
Our commitment to supporting women extends beyond our own organization and into the communities we serve. Through financial contributions and volunteerism, we proudly support initiatives such as Women United Summit, Jasmine Road, and the Susan G. Komen Foundation, aligning our actions with our values. We have also been recognized as a Best Place to Work for Women and on the SC Biz Empowering Women List.
At FGP, supporting and elevating women is not a seasonal focus. It is part of who we are. We are grateful for the women on our team and in the world who challenge us to grow, serve boldly, and build better companies every day.
